One-time code valid 24 hours, shown once. The issuer is recorded and, like the person who requested the identity, can never approve its requests. The code stops working when any of them is disabled. Only an identity that holds no certificate yet can get a code; to move a machine to a new key, revoke it and request a new identity (409 already_bootstrapped).
